Turnkey Project of Fiber Cement Board in K.S.A by Sinoma Wuhan Passed Acceptance

On 9th March, the turnkey project of non-asbestos fiber cement board Line #1 passed the acceptance, which is built by Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “WBMDI”), wholly owned by Sinoma-EC.
This project is a linchpin for WBMDI in its “go global” strategy for energy-saving building materials., as one of the companies who owns the advanced technology and much more competitive comprehensive capability in the field of energy-saving and new type building materials, WBMDI could provide tailor design to various customers with different demands, providing with the specific customized turnkey service for the energy-saving new building materials production line, and WBMDI has already carried out many such environmental protection new building materials projects for countries along “one Belt and oneRoad”.
The project in KSA is designed and constructed by WBMDIin accordance with the European Standard, and in terms of process, based on the local conditions and the environmental protection requirements, it applied internationally mainstream technology -- hatschek process. The production line is designed fully automatically controlled from feeding, moulding, piling, precuring, autoclaved curing, to off the plate, drying, sanding, grinding and chamfered edge, stacking, etc., includingremote monitoring and control from CCR, auto feedback on equipment failure, real-time display for data detected, etc. functions realized. The produced cement board has obtained extensive acceptance by the market due to its proper flatness, good appearance and apt to further processing. And the product of Line #1 has already been exported to places in the Middle East and North Africa with demands exceeding supply, creating very good economic and social benefit.
